About the Recruitment
The Reserve Bank of India invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Assistant in different offices of the Bank for the Recruitment Year 2025.

Pay Scale / Salary
• Pay Scale: ₹20,700 – ₹55,700 (Pay Matrix Level-4)
• Initial Basic Pay: ₹20,700/- per month
• Approx. Gross Monthly Emoluments: ₹45,050/- (including allowances, varies by posting location)

Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
• Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute
• Age Limit:
20 to 28 years (age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen)
• Nationality:
Must be an Indian citizen
