Post Details
• Name of Post: Senior Public Prosecutor (Sr. PP)
• Number of Vacancies: 05 (Contract basis)
• Remuneration: ₹1,25,000 per month
(Subject to variation depending on vacancies)

Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
2. Law graduates with minimum 08 years of experience at the Bar, specifically in conducting criminal cases in Courts of Law.

Terms & Conditions
• Engagement will be on whole-time appointment basis.
• No private practice is permitted during the contract period.
• No right to claim regularization or absorption in NIA.
• No entitlement to HRA, medical reimbursement, LTC, etc.
• TA/DA will be admissible as per rules applicable to equivalent NIA cadre.
